School starts in less than a week and I still haven't really made great plans for what I'm going to do with this semester. I hope I can manage to take (and survive) Sculpture I as well as Ceramics II, but I might have to settle with a drawing class...that will rather interesting. It will all boil down to what classes I'm allowed to squeeze into and what classes I can coax myself into enjoying.

I started sketching out my idea for a children's book this weekend, I'm hoping to gain independent study credits if I can pull off the entire thing.

This week is going to be hectic because of freshmen orientation, I'm one of the volunteer leaders for the cute little freshmen and will be running around like a loon breaking out into spontaneous dance parties trying to keep everyone smiling.

I finally designed something permanent, but I have to wait for my ink for my next trip to California. I don't know exactly when that will be, but I want to get it done where my brother got his on the coast. I've been waiting for two and a half years to finalize my design, and the meanings behind it have just kept piling on top of each other. I'm patient because I realize that I'll always remember the first reason why I desired one so badly, and the mental image of a tattoo is already fixed.
